Panda believes in socially responsible business and in fair pay, decent working hours, and measures to ensure our workers’ occupational health and safety. Panda pays all our factory staff approximately 20% higher wages than the average in that area of China. We do not condone bonded labor, child labor, or other unethical business behaviors.
