During your video call, we’ll walk you through the manufacturing process, distill your MVP (Minimum Viable Product), help you flush out your reward levels and stretch goals, and offer advice on marketing, shipping, and fulfillment.
Crowdfunding & Manufacturing
Your Project Manager will run through your component specifications for your game and brief you on the manufacturing and assembly process, help define your product lines, establish your pledge tier structure, and provide cost-saving advice along the way. They’ll provide advice on stretch goal development and planning, ideation for upgrades and add-ons, and provide insight into marketing and fulfillment/shipping.
Prepress & Early Design Verification
Your allocated Prepress Specialist can provide 1-to-1 advice on setting up your files for prototyping and mass production and help troubleshoot all things design and prepress! Upload your print files to Panda’s custom website FTP and your Panda Prepress Specialist will run file checks, provide a Prepress Report, and ready Digital Proofs, shaving weeks or even months off of your mass production schedule.
Advanced Component Advice & SAMPLING
Your most eye-catching components can sometimes be the most complicated. Your Panda Project Manager will break down the manufacturing processes for wood components, dice, Metal coins, or even custom plastics. We’ll analyze your custom component designs and provide valuable feedback to help you choose the best materials and processes for your components, maximize efficiencies during manufacturing, and provide interesting options and stretch goals ideas.
