Panda COVID-19 Update

To our valued customers,

The team here at Panda would like to extend our warmest wishes to all of those currently being affected by the COVID-19 situation.

Panda experienced a one-month shutdown after the Chinese New Year as our staff were restricted from returning to work. In early March, we resumed work after cooperating with local authorities to ensure that it was safe to do so. All necessary precautions have been undertaken at our facility including rigorous disinfectant procedures, staff medical check-ups, and supplying personal protective equipment.

Our North American and European customer service teams already work remotely and have been mostly unaffected from a business perspective.

The COVID-19 pandemic is a challenging and unprecedented event. We want to thank all first-responders, medical professionals, public health experts, researchers, and all essential services workers for their tireless work and commitment during this crisis.
