For a plastic insert tray, please submit a 2-d PDF drawing of your tray from a bird’s eye view perspective. Please mark the exact shape and size (length, width, and depth) of each compartment of the tray and also mark which game components are intended to fit in each compartment. For instance, you might draw a square compartment that you mark as “50x50x18mm – fits 9 dice”. Also, please be sure to mark whether each particular compartment will need a thumb cut and make sure to leave enough room between compartments for thumb cuts, as necessary. Remember that the full dimensions of your plastic tray should be 20mm less in each direction that your box dimensions. For instance, if the length and width of your box is 200x175mm, then the maximum length and width of your plastic tray can be 180x155mm. Also remember to leave enough room in the box for any components such as game boards, punch boards, and rulebooks to sit on top of the plastic tray (in other words, if your box depth is 40mm, your plastic tray should be shorter, so that you can fit other components on top of the tray).
